Timber Pointe Resort, Jamestown

I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location near Lake Cumberland was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities. However, the accommodations were in need of updates, as the room felt outdated and not very clean. Customer service could use improvement as well, which dampened my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Timber Pointe Resort offers a serene and beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the facilities are impressive, especially the coffee shop and gift store. However, my experience with the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing, overshadowing an otherwise pleasant stay. Despite this, I found the value for the price quite fair, making it a viable option for future visits.
